"Prince Charming"

Synopsis:
Time: Present
Location: Catherine and Trevor’s beach home

Catherine and her flirtatious husband, Trevor, live on an exclusive resort island.  They are hosting the
wedding of their good friend Barbara.  Barbara, a forty-seven year old actress on the verge of becoming a
mega celebrity, is marrying twenty-two year old Hamilton.  Hamilton is a professional dancer who has
recently ended a relationship with a man.  John, Barbara’s first ex-husband, and Sylvia, John and Barbara’s
daughter are also present for the wedding.  Plans unravel when flirtations begin between Trevor and
Hamilton as well as Trevor and Sylvia.

Cast of Characters:
  1. Catherine Anderson – Late forties.  Very social and pleasant.  She has never  gotten over losing the
    Miss America title.  She thought it would make her famous.
  2. Trevor Anderson – Late forties.  Former jock.  Very charming and handsome.  He is a natural flirt.  
    Men and women are drawn to him.
  3. John Edwards – Late forties.  Nice fellow.  Pleasant to everyone, including his ex-wife, Barbara.
  4. Barbara Edwards – Late forties.  An actress on the verge of becoming a celebrity.  She is a bit self
    centered.
  5. Hamilton – Twenty-two.  A dancer.  Barbara’s fiancé.  He is gay.
  6. Sylvia – Twenty.  Barbara and John’s daughter.  Very independent.
